Little Rock Renovation

Originally built in 1952 by Wittenberg, Lelong & Davidson, Architects, the 2,230sf home sits on a steep triangular plot in the foothills just minutes outside of Little Rock, AR. With a new skin made of glass and cement rain screen the house with its open floor plan is given new life that breathes in lightness and moments of transparency. The main entry level’s south and west sides have thoughtfully placed windows for needed privacy. The north contains a majority of glass with views towards the Arkansas foothills.
